Anti-Aging

Today, anti-aging has become one of the most sought-after topics when it comes to healthcare and wellness. People are lost in the vast available products and solutions on how to fight the aging process. It would be like finding a needle in a haystack if I simply stated that Airnergy is a great technology for anti-aging. Thus, rather than getting lost in the madness, I would like to start by telling the story of how the science of anti-aging has come about in the history of medicine. In this way, we can better understand the fundamental science of aging and what Airnergy has to offer in anti-aging.

Louis-Camille Maillard (1878-1936) was a brilliant French scientist, physician, and chemist. In 1912, he published a paper describing an unusual chemical reaction between amino acids (proteins) and sugar. As we understand, normally proteins and sugar can’t be engaged in a chemical reaction without the involvement of certain enzymes. However, to everybody’s surprise, a never-seen chemical reaction occurred when he heated proteins and sugar together. This reaction led to a browned and flavorful surface of the studied substances. He named this phenomenon the Maillard Reaction, which was one of the best-documented scientific research and has never been challenged over the last century.

The discovery of Maillard brought immediate attention to the food industry as it was identified as the shortcut to producing aromatic food and creating attractive cuisine. So, all the wonderful foods such as French culinary, BBQ, and bread baking are due to the refined Maillard reaction. Thus, the food industry has asserted great interest in creating Maillard’s reaction for bettering food making. However, gradually other scientists have discovered that the same Maillard reaction also exists in the human body. A typical example is hemoglobin, a protein in red blood cells that carries oxygen. It turned out hemoglobin can combine with sugar directly inside the human body without any enzyme involvement. This Maillard process inside the human body was renamed as glycation and HbA1c (glycated hemoglobin) was introduced as a marker for glucose monitoring in diabetes in 1964. A couple of enigmatic facts about the Maillard reaction in the human body make it the greatest challenge in medical science.

First, once the glycation process reaches its final stage, the affected proteins will turn into the final product of so-called Advanced Glycation End-products (AGEs). After this stage, this process can no longer be reversed which means the proteins can no longer be revitalized. It is a permanent death sentence for the affected proteins, lipids, and DNAs. This is the real reason why the cells and tissues eventually died off, and so the ending of a human life by nature. Second, there are no enzymes in nature or synthetically made that could ever break the formed AGEs. As a matter of fact, companies that tried to develop AGEs breakers all failed miserably. As such, AGEs are coined as “the darkest secret of life” in the scientific field.

anti-aging-geheimnis-airnergy

Moreover, the accumulation of AGEs has been implicated in hundreds of diseases including diabetes, Alzheimer’s, and atherosclerosis as well as oxidative stress and inflammation. By the late 60s, a Maillard theory of aging was postulated that AGEs accumulation was a causative factor in aging. Over the last half-century, the interest in AGEs has been particularly strong in the field of anti-aging. The reason for that is that keeping up a youthful and wrinkle-free appearance is the most desired anti-aging effect for people. Those wrinkles and browning aging marks on the skin are the deposition of crosslinked skin collagens as a result of AGEs formation. Once the collagens are glycated, they will lose their elasticity and moisture retention. Therefore, the fight against aging is essentially the fight against AGEs formation.

Furthermore, the food industry has also realized that the delicious foods we have been creating have also been a major contributor to the deterioration of public health at large. From a simple burger to sophisticated exotic cuisine, the more AGEs formed the tastier the food becomes and the nicer the food looks. However, the sad truth is that they are extremely bad for our health. Take a simple example of baby feeding, babies fed with bottled formula already have significantly high levels of AGEs when compared to breastfed babies. So, what kind of food you eat since your childhood has already set you apart from the others. Yet, most people are unaware of this since the so-called “junk” food dictionary does not mention this.

AGEs AND YOUR HEALTH: IT IS MORE THAN ANTI-AGING

The concept of anti-aging tends to be associated with specific segments of society, but its scientific underpinnings have far-reaching implications beyond what many realize. The accumulation of AGEs (Advanced Glycation End-products) plays a pivotal role in the aging process and poses a significant threat to overall health. In patients with diabetes, research has demonstrated that elevated AGEs levels can independently predict mortality and are strongly linked to complications such as amputation and cardiovascular disease. Furthermore, AGEs can form not only through the classic process of glycation but also through a more rapid and aggressive pathway involving oxidation. For instance, during a heart attack, the oxidative pathway can lead to a two to threefold increase in AGEs within seconds, compared to the normal glycation process, which takes weeks. Additionally, individuals with high AGEs levels are more prone to experiencing heart attacks within a year compared to those with lower levels.

Anti-Aging_HbA1c-glykiertes-Haemoglobin_Airnergy-300x212 A particularly significant discovery is that AGEs levels can forecast the survival of transplanted organs like the kidney. This implies that even with a new organ transplant, survival may be compromised if the recipient has high AGEs levels. This insight is crucial for understanding anti-aging efforts. While many people turn to anti-aging creams and treatments to maintain a youthful appearance, these interventions may not be effective if underlying AGEs accumulation is high. Once AGEs form, they can only be eliminated through the natural degradation of proteins, a process that occurs slowly within tissues. For instance, proteins in cartilage have a half- life of approximately 20 years, highlighting the challenge of reversing AGEs-related damage.

Therefore, a comprehensive approach to anti-aging must address AGEs implications both externally and internally. Wrinkles on the skin, stiffening of blood vessels, and browning of brain cells and bones all result from the same systematic process throughout the body. To effectively prevent or slow down the aging process, anti-aging solutions must take this systemic nature into account.

ANTI-AGING AND ANTI-AGES: WHAT IS THE KEY AND HOW TO GO ABOUT IT?

The essence of anti-aging isn’t just about appearances; it’s about vitality within the body. To achieve vitality, the body must function efficiently as a unified system, relying on electric energy that minimizes glycation and oxidation processes. This underscores the importance of seamless cellular respiration—using sugar and oxygen to produce green energy (water) and expelling carbon dioxide from the body.

Here are some practical insights on critical aspects of anti-aging practices:

  1. Think about entropy: Aging entails an increase in disorder within the human system. Elevated entropy drives the cascade of aging processes and disrupts bodily coherence. Thus, focusing on negentropy (the reduction of disorder) is crucial in seeking anti-aging treatments or solutions. Simple practices like breathing exercises, mindfulness, and quality sleep can mitigate the aging process.
  2. Think about systematic prevention: Glycation and oxidation are natural biological processes, culminating in the irreversible formation of AGEs. However, it’s possible to reverse these processes before they reach that stage. Implementing systematic preventive measures is essential. Merely focusing on localized anti-aging practices for the face or hands is insufficient, as glycation and oxidation occur continuously.
  3. Think about habits: Lifestyle profoundly influences the aging process. While cells undergo complete turnover every seven years, this renewal occurs gradually on a daily basis. Thus, the habits you cultivate significantly impact the aging process, from simple activities like eating, sleeping, and exercising to complex emotional responses. Every action requires energy, whether in the form of sugar or electrons. The more energy expended, the greater the demand, hastening the aging process.
  4. Think about healthy aging: Ultimately, it’s the quality of life, not the numerical age, that defines life’s beauty. Understanding that AGEs formation is irreversible leads us to recognize that “anti-aging” is an unattainable goal. However, pursuing healthy aging is commendable. A healthy body at 80 years old surpasses the value of a youthful appearance at 20. This embodies the true essence of anti-aging—a graceful approach to healthy living and aging.
ALL LIVES ARE CONNECTED IN A SUPERPOSITION OF EACH BREATH

Breathing, fundamentally essential for life, follows the basic law of energy transfer from plants to humans. Our breathing capacity typically matures between the ages of 20 and 35. However, as we age, this capacity gradually diminishes. Modern lifestyle changes and reduced connections to nature exacerbate this decline. Studies reveal that even healthy contemporary humans exhibit significantly lower breathing capacity than their ancient counterparts. Individuals between the ages of 35 and 80 experience a decline of over 40%. Hyperventilation rates serve as a stark indicator, with 90% of modern humans breathing twice as much as individuals from a century ago. This decline is further pronounced among those suffering from chronic illnesses such as diabetes, heart disease, asthma, COPD, and cancer.

Despite its paramount importance, many individuals overlook the significance of breathing and harbor misconceptions about its nature. Breathing is often narrowly viewed as a process of gas exchange in the lungs, with exercises focusing primarily on mechanical diaphragm movement. However, ancient practices such as Tao and Yoga have long emphasized the importance of full-body breathing. Nobel Prize-winning research has confirmed this, demonstrating that every cell in the human body possesses an oxygen-sensing mechanism. At its core, cellular respiration remains pivotal to our survival, representing the sole equation for energy transfer.

To fully comprehend the role of breathing before delving into Airnergy for anti-aging, it’s essential to grasp the following:

  1. Oxygen serves as a carrier of electric energy derived from the sun’s photons. Extracting and transferring these electrons correctly is crucial; failure to do so can lead to oxidation within the body. Approximately 70% of oxygen is released during exhalation on average for normal people. Meanwhile antioxidant capacity is another critical factor in this process of energy transfer.
  2. Breathing facilitates a profound connection between the mind and body through the quantum behavior of electrons within oxygen molecules. Mastering the art of breathing allows one to achieve a state of oneness, where negentropy prevails, and the potential for reversing aging emerges.
  3. Electrons, akin to bullets, can either benefit or harm the body. Safeguarding them within water (achieved through cellular respiration) ensures they perform their intended functions without causing harm. Water and electromagnetic fields are deemed foundational to life by Nobel laureate Dr. Albert Szent-Györgyi, with oxygen dissolved in water possessing unique properties of electron excitation. Victor Schauberger, often referred to as the “father of water,” asserted that a single drop of spring water contains more energy than an average-sized power station can produce. This statement underscores the immense energy potential inherent in water. It also aligns with the scientific notion that breathing can be likened to “water respiration,” emphasizing the deep interconnection between our breath and the essence of water. Moreover, our brain is frequently analogized to a “water mind” in scientific discussions, highlighting the pivotal role water plays in regulating and facilitating cognitive processes. With water constituting 99% of our body by the number of molecules, it prompts a profound reconsideration of breathing, aging, and anti-aging efforts.
TRUE ANTI-AGING WITH AIRNERGY: EXTEND YOUR LIFE WITH EACH BREATH

We have delved into the science and essence of anti-aging and breathing; now, let’s delve into the true anti-aging effects of Airnergy. I often pose the simplest questions to provoke thought on sophisticated concepts. If we believe that God created life on earth in one week, how does He sustain life in every form and every being? It must be through the simplest means, or else it would be impossible for Him to rest on the 7th day. The process of capturing electrons released from oxygen and converting them into water is the primary purpose of cellular respiration to sustain life. However, this is easier said than done. Let’s use a football game analogy to illustrate this for better comprehension.

Consider a football game where the ultimate goal is to score by shooting the ball into the goal. Let’s equate the electron to the ball, and understand that there are four steps in a football match. The goalkeeper kicks the ball to the defender, who passes it to the midfielder, and then to the forward. Finally, the forward scores by kicking the ball into the goal. Similarly, oxygen undergoes four transformations to deliver electrons into the final product of water. However, akin to a football game, passing the ball to the front and scoring is not easy. When individuals experience poor health, illness, or accelerated aging, it’s akin to a team losing a football match. In such instances, a football team naturally strengthens their defense. This mirrors the focus of anti-aging or health interventions, which aim to bolster defense. However, strengthening defense can only prevent or minimize losses in a match; it cannot secure victory unless there’s a concerted effort to score goals by reinforcing the forward. This is precisely what Airnergy accomplishes within the body.

Due to the inability to convert oxygen into water through cellular respiration, sugar and oxygen function independently, yielding only 2 units of ATP instead of the usual 36 units. Consequently, cells require an 18-fold increase in sugar levels to meet energy demands, exacerbating glycation and accelerating aging. Additionally, more oxygen molecules become free radicals, escalating oxidation. Ordinarily, only 3% of oxygen molecules become free radicals to stimulate the immune system and produce green energy in the form of water. However, in compromised health conditions, this proportion rises significantly, setting off a snowball effect that can only be halted by generating the necessary green energy of water. Airnergy uniquely alters the game of life by applying the photosynthesis principle of electron excitation to extract electrons from oxygen molecules and release them into water. By doing so, it overcomes internal health limitations, delivering green energy through breathing, and signaling the cessation of detrimental glycation and oxidation processes. Furthermore, delivering this green energy through breathing synchronizes the mind and body with electromagnetic fields, akin to an orchestra under a conductor. This achieves negentropy, slowing down or reversing the aging process. Hence, Airnergy delivers genuine anti-aging effects, surpassing conventional notions of appearance and health status.

Ultimately, life hinges on a breath in and a breath out. Breathing in Airnergy propels life forward and it will take your life a long way.
